What's new · October 2026
The new Quick Elements is here.
Your sites, store, contacts and email all came with you. Here's what's new, one short video at a time.
- Nothing to install
- Same sign-in
- Same web addresses
Page builder
Build your pages by asking.
The page builder now has an assistant. Tell it what you want in plain words, and it builds it on your page in your colors and fonts.
- This is a page in the editor. The assistant sits on the right.
- Tell it what you want, in your own words.
- It reads your page, builds the section, then checks it on a phone screen.
- The new section lands on your page, in your colors and fonts.
- Click anything on the page to point the assistant at it.
- Small changes take one sentence.
- Paste in a screenshot of a layout you like.
- It builds one like it, in your own style.
- Changes that reach the rest of your site wait for your OK.
- Approve it and every page updates. Say no and nothing changes.
- Click anything on the page, then ask for a change. "Make this one stand out" is enough.
- Paste a screenshot of a layout you like, and it builds one like it.
- It checks its work the way a visitor would see it, on a phone too.
- Changes that reach the rest of your site wait for your OK, and changes to the page can be undone.
Marketing
Email marketing, rebuilt from scratch.
We replaced the old email marketing tool with one we built ourselves. Your contacts, emails, automations and sign-up forms all moved over, and you'll find them under Marketing in your dashboard.
- Tell the assistant what the email is about.
- It writes the email, designs it in your brand colors and fills in the subject line.
- Your upcoming classes fill themselves in from your schedule.
- See how it looks on a phone before anyone else does.
- Ask for subject line ideas, then pick the one you like.
- Send yourself a test before it goes out.
- Describe an automation in one sentence.
- It drafts the steps and the emails, then waits switched off until you have checked it.
- Happy with it? Switch it on.
- Describe an email and the assistant writes it, designs it in your brand colors and fills in the subject line.
- Ask for subject line ideas and pick the one you like.
- Explain an automation in one sentence. It's drafted for you and stays off until you've checked it.
- Pick who gets an email by describing them, like "people who booked this year but haven't opened an email since summer".
Also new in Marketing

- Subject line tests that pick a winner
- The sales each email brought in
- Pop-ups and slide-ins
- Subscribers can pause instead of leaving
Inbox Brand new
Meet Smart Mail, the inbox that sorts itself.
Smart Mail puts all your email addresses in one inbox. It sorts what arrives, moves spam out of the way, and only asks for your attention when an email matters.
- All your email addresses in one inbox, each with its own color.
- New mail sorts itself as it arrives: receipts, newsletters, promotions.
- Spam is spotted and moved out of your way.
- Important email gets a notification, on your phone too. You decide how important is important enough.
- Open an email and a one-line summary is waiting at the top.
- Write with AI drafts a reply in your voice. Nothing is sent until you press send.
- Every address in one list, each with its own color.
- Receipts, newsletters and promotions are sorted as they land. Change the groups or add your own.
- Spam goes straight to the junk folder.
- Each email gets an importance score from 0 to 10, and you choose which ones are worth a notification on your computer or phone.
- Write with AI drafts a reply in your voice. Nothing is sent until you press send.
- Your own rules always run first.
Behind the scenes
Fewer outages. Faster pages.
We rebuilt how your site is run, so it stays up, loads quicker and looks after itself.
A sample status card: the site is online, served from one server with a copy kept on a second server, checked every hour for the last day with every check passing, and updated automatically overnight.
-
A spare copy, always ready
Your site is copied to a second server throughout the day. If one server has trouble, the other is ready to take over.
-
Checked every hour
We check every site, every hour. If something looks wrong, our team hears about it straight away, usually before you would.
-
Walled off from other sites
Each site runs on its own, so trouble on someone else's site stays there.
-
Updates install themselves
Security fixes and updates go in as soon as they're released. There's nothing to remember.
-
Quicker to load
The parts of your site that rarely change are kept ready, instead of being rebuilt for every visitor.
-
A code when you sign in somewhere new
Signing in from a new device? We'll email you a code first, so nobody else can get in.
Built in
Things you used to add on, now built in.
Forms, visitor stats and search settings used to be separate add-ons, each with its own screens. Now they're part of the page builder and work the same way.
-
Forms that keep every entry
Build forms right in the editor. Every entry is saved on your site, even if an email goes missing.
-
Forms that stop spam
Every new form comes with a built-in check that keeps bots out of your inbox.
-
Visitor stats, no cookie banner
See how many people visit, what they read and where they came from, without tracking anyone.
-
Search settings on every page
Choose how each page shows up on Google, with a nudge when a title runs too long.
-
Old links keep working
Rename a page and one click sends anyone using the old address to the new one.
-
A friendly 'page not found'
Every site has one in its own colors, with a way back to your homepage.
-
Lighter pictures and video
Shrink your pictures and videos in one go so pages load faster. The originals are kept, so you can switch back.
-
Publish later
Set a page to go live by itself, on the day and time you choose.
-
Shop pages in your style
Design your shop, cart and checkout in the same editor as the rest of your site.
Events and bookings
Events work just like before.
Your events, tickets, dates and past sales came across exactly as they were. There's nothing to relearn.
A sample class schedule where someone books a wheel taster, pays, and sees the booking confirmed.
A few things you might not have spotted
- Picking a date is instant. The page doesn't reload.
- Show your dates as buttons, a dropdown or a monthly calendar.
- Call them classes, appointments or services if that's what you sell.
- A refund or cancellation puts the spot back on sale by itself.

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Everything on this page is already switched on in your account, so sign in the way you always have. If Smart Mail asks you to add your account the first time you open it, that's one click.
Will my visitors notice a difference?
Your web addresses haven't changed, so links, bookmarks and search results all still work.
Why did I get a code by email when I signed in?
When you sign in from a new device or place, we email you a code to make sure it's really you. After that, we remember that device for 30 days.
Where are my marketing emails and automations?
Under Marketing in your dashboard. Your contacts, emails, past newsletters, automations and sign-up forms all moved over, and automations that were running before are running again. Links in emails you sent before the move still work too.
How do I start using Smart Mail?
Open Inbox from your account. If it's empty the first time, choose Smart Mail Settings in the menu and press "Add the account I'm logged in with". You can add your other addresses there too.
Does the AI cost extra?
Every bundle comes with a weekly AI allowance, and you can see how much you have used under Tokens in your account. If you run low, you can add more from the pricing page.
Something looks wrong. Who do I tell?
Tell us on the contact page and we will sort it out.
Come and try it for yourself.
Everything on this page is already switched on in your account.
